1. Avoid sitting in the same position for long hours, especially in front of computers. Get up a stretch a bit.
  2. Don’t slouch, always keep your posture straight. If you accidentally droop, then you can train yourself using those posture correcting belts that are available on the market like the one below.
  3. Invest in a piece of good furniture, especially the ones that require you to keep your back posture normal. Memory foam mattresses are an excellent choice if you are serious about your back.
4. Get a yoga mat and start practicing yoga. There are plenty of YouTube videos to get started with.
5. Above all, eat healthy, sleep well and keep your mind fresh.
